Every year, seafarers find themselves abandoned by their ship owner in ports across the world. If that happens to you, you may be faced with a very complex problem. Often you will not have been paid your salary for months and supplies have dried up on the ship, leaving you without adequate food or water.

When you contact us, we will ask you come questions about your situation and will prioritise sorting out the help needed. For example, if your food and water supplies are low, we will prioritise that above anything else.

If you want to go home, we will look for a way of making that happen.

We do appreciate that leaving the ship is often something that you will not want to do without first getting the wages due to you. If that is the case, we will try to help you to do this through our global contacts.
