SeafarerHelp, from the
International Seafarers Assistance Network (ISAN), provides advice, assistance and support to seafarers of all nationalities across the globe.

Our helpdesk runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with any problems you might have.

Welfare

SeafarerHelp is always happy to assist seafarers and their families who experience welfare problems by putting them in touch with maritime and other welfare organizations around the world. If you wish, we can usually arrange for a port chaplain to visit your ship regardless of your religion or denomination.

Welfare problems include loneliness, cultural isolation, family issues, bullying at work, stress, inadequate supplies of food and water.

If you are currently looking for employment we are happy to research information on shipping companies and manning agencies in your part of the world. Unfortunately we are not able to apply for jobs on your behalf, nor can we recommend specific employers.
