SeafarerHelp, from the
International Seafarers Assistance Network (ISAN), provides advice, assistance and support to seafarers of all nationalities across the globe.
 
Our helpdesk runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with any problems you might have.


Service Benefits

The main benefit is that you only ever have to remember one phone number - +20 SEAFARER (follow the letters on the phone keypad). We act as your personal telephone directory and information point, ensuring that you get the best possible advice. What's more, the telephone number is free from many countries and we are working to make it free from every country in the World. We are also seeking to provide a free access service from on-board ship. Making ISAN a truly global service.

Although the ISAN call centre is based in the UK, you do not have to speak English to use the service. We have access to interpreters in most languages so you talk to us in your own language.

We keep information about the types of call that we get and pass this information to agencies concerned with the wellbeing of Seafarers in order that they can work towards providing the service that you need.
